This National Climate Change Adaptation Plan aims to support environmental, territorial and sectoral planning processes to take into consideration climate change and its impacts. It aims to help reduce vulnerability of populations, ecosystems and productive sectors and increase their capacity to respond to extreme weather events and disasters.
This Plan provides guidelines and tools to prioritize adaptation action and guide productive sectors and territories to reduce risk.
