Colombia: Decree adopting the national disaster prevention plan (Decree no. 93 of 13 January 1998)

This decree provides for the implementation of Colombia’s national disaster prevention plan, the government responsibilities in disaster prevention and risk management, and the programs for strengthening institutional organization and public awareness.
