Join a small team of two developers and an information architect. Our projects vary from simple websites based on existing CMS to conference management systems and a monster contact database system (read lots of forms = lots of validations = lots of fun in 8 languages).
You are welcome to use any tool you see fit for the job. You will write most of your code, but will also customize open source applications like MediaWiki and VanillaForum when required.
You are expected to know MVC based PHP frameworks, shame the competition at writing SQL, have experience working remotely and manage your code in GIT.
