Certificate Course in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Management


This certificate course introduces participants to key concepts, principles and practices in disaster management, business continuity and contingency plans with respect to their public or private organization. It will be held on weekends from the 8 April 2017 to 28 May 2017 (8 weekends – 16 days) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. 

Learning Objectives

  • Develop a conceptual understanding of disaster management and humanitarian response
  • Develop an understanding of disaster-specific standards of practice
  • Understand the fundamentals of crisis management, cyber security and business continuity management
  • Understand and prepare industry-specific business continuity plans

  • Professionals in government, public and privates sector organizations dealing with disaster recovery and business continuity
