This report presents the Fourth Meeting of the Working Group on Tsunamis and Other Hazards Related to Sea-Level Warning and Mitigation Systems (TOWS-WG-IV) which was held in Paris, France, on 21-22 March 2011. The meeting evaluated progress in actions and decisions taken by the Governing Bodies and reviewed an advanced draft of the Compendium of definitions and terminology on sea level-related hazards, disasters, vulnerability and risks in a coastal context as well as the joint Report of the International tsunameter Partnership and the DBCP, on Ocean Observing Platform Vandalism.
