Royal HaskoningDHV's Hoboken named a role model city by the United Nations at WCDRR

Royal HaskoningDHV's 'Hoboken' New Jersey in the USA project was named by the United Nations a "role model city" for resilience and its flood plans and displayed at the Sendai City Museum during the UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (WCDRR) in Sendai, Japan between 14 to 18 March 2015.

Ms Sandra Wu, Chair, Private Sector Advisory Group of UNISDR summed up on behalf of the private sector saying, "The private sector believes that our roles as stakeholders are to provide solutions for disaster risk reduction (DRR) and resilience and to offer expertise to contribute to a more resilient society"...
