Advocacy event: Simulation exercise and drama show performance in Bokeo province organized by Plan in collaboration with local partners from District Disaster Management Committee (DDMC)

Objectives
- To recognize and acknowledge the role and contribution of elderly, women and girls in disaster risk reduction
- To advocate for systematic decision to involve elderly, and other vulnetable groups such as women and girls in formal decision making processes dealing with disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation
- To share good practices from the field on gender mainstreaming in disaster risk reduction
