Job description/responsibility

• Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Overseeing the implementation of existing planning systems and mechanisms as well as ensuring ongoing monitoring, tracking and reporting of progress in accordance with common performance indicators and quality standards, as well as contributing to the integration of all the humanitarian programmes of the BDRCS.
• Provide technical advice and capacity-building support to national societies to prepare strategic and programme plans and appeals and to implement appropriate performance measurement, tracking and reporting systems.
• Design and implement monitoring tools and mechanisms to record progress of all project activities.
• Undertake regular monitoring and technical support visits to fields to assess progress against approved PMER plan
• To contribute to the development and delivery of baseline/VCA/PASSA or other surveys according to the project design.
• Comprehensive JD will be provided to the selected candidate

Educational requirements

• Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification;

Additional job requirements

• In good mental and physical health;
• Training in or experience of researching and writing narrative reports;
• English fluent (excellent writing skills required),
• Self-supporting in computers (Windows, spreadsheets, word-processing);
• Competencies: preferable-RCRC movements, Results Focus & Accountability, Teamwork, Communications, and Professional Mastery, Analytical skills, ability to think strategically and able to influence, communicate, co-operate and negotiate with a wide range of people and organizations.
