Construction Talk Radio (CTR) is a live interactive radio program designed to educate the public about disasters. The goal of the program is to make the construction and building industries first educators about disasters such as wild fires. The name of the radio program is 'Rebuilding America with Ken Swanson.' Swanson is a board member of the Shasta County Fire Safe Council, the local wild fire safety resource.

CTR invites all public and private shareholders to join in the conversation, provide information on principals and practices, websites, products and supplies. CTR encourages its listeners to use the program's recorded podcast to further the educational value of disaster preparedness via email, other forms of media, and social networking.

The Internet radio show is live on Mondays at 3:30-4:00 pm local time (PST). The program is replayed on Mondays at 6:30 pm.
