Speakers at an inception workshop titled 'Multi Hazard Risk and Vulnerability Assessment, Modelling and Mapping' in Bangladesh argued that foreign donors should not make the involvement of international consultants in management projects compulsory, reports Financial Express. They said that the practice of international bodies that sets the condition of involving external expertise hinders the transfer of technology.
