Organizer(s) Inspectorate for Emergency Situations Petrodava of Neamt County
Date

Every year, on February 28th, Romania celebrates the Civil Protection Day. This year, on the occasion of the 84th anniversary, the Petrodava Inspectorate for Emergency Situations of Neamt County will organise an earthquake exercise, aiming at providing information concerning the behaviour that should be adopted during an earthquake and immediately after its occurrence.

The event has been developed in cooperation with the County School Inspectorate, involving all schools in the Neamt County.

Therefore, on 28 February 2017 at 09:45 am, all the alarms will play the disaster warning signal. Over 35,000 pupils will be involved in this activity, which represents an opportunity to educate pupils on life-saving behaviour.
