Understanding Risk (UR) is a community of global experts in the field of disaster risk assessment. UR community members share knowledge and experience, collaborate and discuss innovation and best practice in disaster risk assessment. The community convenes every two years at UR Forums. Forums are open and collaborative, and designed to spur non traditional partnerships.

This year’s forum will focus on creating actionable risk information for decision-making.
