In a new book titled 'Dull Disasters', Daniel Clarke calls to make dealing with disasters a dull event rather than a media circus. He discusses ways to ‘dull’ or reduce the impact of disasters, building on existing examples and financial instruments to put in place concrete, coordinated, and credible plans pre-disaster.
