Key audiences of this shared information include senior government policy-makers at the national level in affected countries, as well as those in national or intergovernmental institutions working to support efforts there, including bi-lateral funders. These also include decision-makers, programme managers and negotiators active in developing/defining or implementing international or national climate-related policies, in particular on adaptation, humanitarian assistance, disaster risk reduction, and sustainable human development. Last, the side event hosted by DARA will seek to engage the general public, commentators, bloggers, message-carriers and the information media.
