International Day for Disaster Reduction - Dushanbe, Tajikistan

Description

The United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNISDR) is coordinating a region-wide photography contest on the theme of “Hospitals Safe from Disasters” together with a meeting with university students and a national public awareness campaign on "Safe Hospitals."

An International Conference on Disaster risk management organized by ECO will also take place in Tajikistan, dedicated to the International Day for Disaster Reduction.
