Disaster Master is an educational board game produced by the UNESCO Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education in Bangkok (Thailand). It conveys messages that help players to understand what a natural disaster is and what actions can be taken to reduce the impact of disasters. It contains a game board, a picture cube, a question cube, 36 answering cards. Designed to stimulate critical thinking amongst players about natural disaster preparedness, it is also equipped with a test sheet. It addresses specifically earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, landslides, hurricanes and volcanic eruptions, and contains a glossary in the reference booklet. In classroom settings, it can be played in teams.
