Module on disaster reduction

This module on disaster reduction was elaborated by the Ministry of Education for elementary school teachers as a tool to guide and prepare pupils of various grades, presenting teaching modalities in the field of risk and disaster reduction. It offers an updated resource on the various natural disasters: earthquakes, landslides, hurricanes, floods, fire, and man-made ones (pollution, ...). It also proposes several safety measures to be taken before, during and after a disaster. (UNEsCO)
