Learning to live with landslides: natural hazards and disasters

The booklet gives an overview on the landslide hazard in Sri Lanka and on prevention and protection from landslide disasters. It presents causes, types, effects, indicators, preparedness, and tips. The target group are teachers who want to improve their knowledge about landslides in order to teach the topic better in school.

The booklet is based on a model from ADPC and was adapted to the Sri Lankan context by the National institute of Education with support of relevant technical experts.
