Europa Re's programme aims to increase access to disaster insurance coverage for homeowners, SMEs, farmers, utilities, and government agencies as well as reduce governments’ contingent liabilities to natural perils such as earthquake and flood, hail, extreme temperature and precipitation. Target audience includes all Europa Re stakeholders, including governments of member countries, insurance regulators, local insurance industries, international and country donor organizations, financial institutions and the disaster risk reduction Community.
