Humanitarian emergency response review: UK Government response


This document is the UK Government's framework for change in response to Lord Ashdown’s Humanitarian Emergency Response Review (HERR). It is planned to be implemented over the coming four years. The framework commits to making resilience a core part of the work of all DFID country offices, and show international leadership in this area of work.
