This multisectoral assessment report was carried out to determine the impact of the adverse rainfall and/or dry spell on different sectors and recommended appropriate action for mitigation and response. The document was compiled by the Zambia Vulnerability Assessment Committee, which is a technical committee in charge of carrying out Assessment. Its membership is drawn from different organizations including governmental ministries and departments, UN system, NGOs and private sector.
