This update is a summary of key achievements implemented by the International Federation of the Red Cross (IFRC) under its community preparedness and risk reduction programme, focusing primarily on three areas: 1) community-based disaster preparedness; 2) disaster risk reduction (DRR) and climate change adaptation (CCA); and 3) food security, nutrition and livelihood.
