UN General Assembly 67th session: Statement delivered at the General Debate - Bhutan

A statement delivered to the 67th General Assembly annual General Debate by the Prime Minister of Bhutan. He shared his fears and frustrations in a world that is going wrong, recalling that our very survival on this fragile planet is under threat and citing the changing climate, dying ecosystems as well as families and communities losing their resilience, among others. He said that the world’s problems, be they economic, social, ecological or even political, are interconnected and rooted in the folly of mankind's pursuit of the wrong ends in wrongful ways.
