UN General Assembly 67th session: Statement delivered at the General Debate - Haiti

A statement delivered to the 67th General Assembly annual General Debate by the President of Haiti, in which he thanked the Secretary-General for all his support for Haiti. Fully supporting the peaceful settlement to international disputes and emphatically stating that “it may be better to try to prevent them”, he emphasized the need to stop fighting and to work together to reduce and manage disaster risks which hinder development and the economy throughout the world.
