India: Trans-border integrated DM plan suggested for natural disasters

An integrated calamity management plan, has been suggested by Harsimrat Badal MP, who emphasised that preventive and rescue plans should not be country specific but region specific; and the challenge of natural disasters has to be met rising above the manmade boundaries.
