DRR related animation cartoon ‘Laily’ produced by DIPECHO partners in Bangladesh

This is a educational animation cartoon on child based disaster risk reduction in the context of Bangladesh. It highlights how even the children can make a difference reducing the risks of an upcoming disaster by becoming part of the culture of safety through preparedness. The cartoon was produced jointly by the DIPECHO Partners Bangladesh (ActionAid, Concern Universal, IFRC, Islamic Relief Worldwide, Oxfam-GB and Plan Bangladesh) under the 5th DIPECHO Action Plan with financial support from European Commission Humanitarian Aid & Civil Protection. In production, it was SW Multimedia.
