CLOSED: Consultancy: Christian Aid DFID PPA independent progress review consultancy tender

Christian Aid is looking for an experienced evaluation consultancy team to conduct an Independent Progress Review (IPR) at the mid-term of its programme funded through DFID’s Programme Partnership Agreement (PPA), 2011-2014. The review must be completed by mid October 2012.

The Christian Aid PPA has two strands, General PPA (£6 million) and the Conflict, Security, Justice& Humanitarian (CSJH) PPA (£1.26 million). Christian Aid is deploying these funds in a global programme covering 23 countries, focused on resilient livelihoods, disaster risk reduction and community health.

Christian Aid believes that poverty is rooted in unjust structures and unequal power relations that polarise society and leave significant sections of the population marginalized and powerless. Christian Aid works with partners to challenge and transform those structures and relations.
