Mission & Disaster Reduction Profile
COE is an international organization based in Strasbourg, France. Its main role is to strengthen democracy, human rights and the rule of law throughout its member states. Its work programme includes the following fields of activity: human rights, media, legal co-operation, social and economic questions, health, education, culture, heritage, sport, youth, local democracy and transfrontier co-operation, the environment and regional planning.
