The General Directorate of the Civil Defence seeks to fulfill the vision, ambitions, and goals of the academy by offering and exchanging international experiences to raise the level and the efficiency of the academy. Cooperation with universities and international centers of expertise will be adopted in order to develop the intended types and levels of the programs and the training courses.

Creating a scientific, specialized, and distinguished center in the field of Civil Protection and spreading the Civil Defence culture to meet the needs of economic development plans, and link them with the needs of the local community.
