CRRH is an intergovernmental Central American Integration System (SICA) specialized in the fields of meteorology and climate, hydrology and water resources and hydraulic.

The main objective is to promote CRRH development and conservation of weather derivatives, mainly water and its sustainable use as a means to achieve overall development of the Central American countries to contribute to better quality of life for its citizens.
