Around the world, people are fighting climate change in extraordinary ways. In Thailand, Oxfam is working with rice farming communities. Innovative water pumps and new farming techniques are just two of the ways in which people are adapting.
But while communities from across the globe crack on with the job, world leaders are taking an extraordinary amount of time to deliver what they've promised - a new Climate Fund.
According to Oxfam, if set up properly, the Climate Fund could deliver cash to help communities avoid the worst effects of climate change. But since pledging their support in late 2009, world leaders have made little progress in getting the idea off the ground.
