In Myanmar, climate change is causing an increase in the prevalence of drought and flood events; over 9 million were affected this summer. Trainings were recently conducted to help reduce vulnerability and enhance resilience of dry zone communities, and most importantly, to highlight the role of communities in reducing risks and vulnerabilities to enhance development gains.
