This guide will elaborate experiences and good practices for engaging the at-risk population in policy development and implementation. Particular focus will be given to the areas of risk assessment, collection and use of disaggregated data, identification of capacity and division of roles and responsibilities, as well as improving the accessibility perspective in disaster risk governance.
