Description
This new programme aims to equip graduates with the skills needed to practice both nationally and internationally in disaster mitigation, preparedness and response. In this course students will study the phases within the cycle of disaster management and the role of the government, international agencies and non-government organisations operating in disaster management. The course allows students to choose a theme to study, for example options may include languages, development students, Geographical Information Systems or International Relations.
